Can you add personalised text and/ or messages?
Yes, please chose the personalised option on the frop down menu and please ensure that you message us with the exact text and spelling. Please double check the spelling and grammar as we will copy and paste your wording. Please note the following gramatical rules for use of apostrophes when making a surname plural taken from The Grammarist.com: "Making a last name plural should never involve an apostrophe. The members of the Johnson and Smith families, for instance, are the Johnsons and the Smiths, not the Johnson’s and the Smith’s.Last names ending in s are no different. Most nouns ending in s are pluralized by adding es. This applies to last names as well. The members of the Edwards and Doss families are the Edwardses and the Dosses, not the Edwards’s and the Doss’s."

Do you have a shop I can come visit?
At present no, but we are more than happy to discuss your order, if you send us an email with the best contact number, we will call you back. Also we do attend events, Christmas Markets etc if you would like to pop down to meet us. The details of the events can be found on our Facebook Page
How long will it take for my order to be despatched?
All our pieces are hand made to order and therefore take time tocreate. Our estimated despatch times are displayed below, please advised at busy times, these may be longer. We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and advise you of the expected despatch date
If you need your order urgently, (birthday, anniversary, wedding gift!) please let us know and we will try to expedite it. There are options on faster shipping as well, so please choose this at checkout.

Where do you ship to?
We are a UK based company that offer worldwide shipping. Please ensure you check that the address on your order is correct. It would be helpful if you could provide an email address* as well as contact number* to be passed onto the courier company.
The time frames below are estimated delivery time are a guideline and not guaranteed as sometimes there are issues with the courier that are outside of our control.
Please ensure you track your item carefully (with the tracking number provided to you) as some companies do notleave a card and only allow 3 attempted deliveries. If you are having difficulty with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack our items extremely carefully however unfortunately damage can occur. If this does happen, please contact us to arrange for a replacement and the original item to be shipped back.
We ask that you contact us immediately but within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item as well as both the exterior and interior packaging.
Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us immediately to cancel. If we have not started your item, we will cancel your order (usually within 24hrs) however, if we have started your time, it may not be possible for us to cancel your order, however we like to offer the best customer service we can , so please contact us and we will endeavour to find a resolution.
As all our items are bespoke and personalised, so unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.
Aftercare for wood items
Not too much aftercare is required. All our products are treated prior to despatch but as with any natural product, aftercare is essential tomaintain your piece. We would advise re-treating your item as below:
Bath Caddy: Treated with Tung Oil. Retreat every 6-12 months. We would advise not using any bathroom or surface cleaners on the product. The Tung oil is highly alcohol, food and water stain resistant so anything spilt should come off with a damp cloth. If there are any water marks or stains,these usually can be removed with a light sand and then retreatment of the tung oil.
Platters: Treated with Mineral oil. Retreat every 3-6 months (can be treated with tung oil too)
